Subject	so lost with light problems??

Message	alright well im havin trouble figuring out all the light issues with the car. i cant get the regular lights to come on. when i turn on my light switch the bright lights stay on. even when the switch for the bright lights is off??? also the tail lights wont come on at all. but the brake lights an turn signals work good. this problem could be anything beause im at the end stages of doin my tt swap so ive about touch everything electrial. an ideas?
